Matt’s educational roles focus largely on postgraduate research training. As Chair of the CDN Doctoral Studies Sub-committee since 2015, he is responsible for overseeing support and progression for all of the department’s PhD students. He is also an active PhD and Master’s supervisor, committed to training research students so they are equipped with the skills, knowledge and expertise to make a success of (and enjoy!) their projects.
Matt’s contributions to taught programmes at King’s include being Module Lead for the B3 Developmental Neurobiology optional module on the MSc in Neuroscience course, as well as providing lectures and workshops to a range of Master’s and Undergraduate neuroscience modules.
