Mouse Core: Mouse Experimental Core

The CDN has dedicated facilities for experimental manipulations in embryonic and postnatal mice, including in utero electroporation, automated stereotaxic injections and ultrasound imaging. In addition, the facility handles the generation of transgenic mice, as well as IVF and embryo-transfers for re-derivation purposes, in liaison with the BSU. By 2015, we will generate mouse mutants through genome editing using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. The facility is supported by a dedicated technician.
